Prenatal Yoga helps create body awareness and strength during pregnancy while preparing the body for labor and birth. Classes led by Janet Brown, LMT are fun, yet challenging. Each session runs for 4 weeks with each class being devoted to a topic related to pregnancy and birth. This class is equal parts breathing exercises, asana and restorative yoga. Students are asked to bring their own yoga mat to class but all other props will be provided.

Fertility Yoga
$50.00 per person
Yoga can help to prepare the body for conception. In this three week series we will open and balance the body as well as work on relaxation techniques to prepare you for conception and beyond. Each participant is asked to bring their own mat. All other props will be provided. Class is taught by Janet Brown, LMT.
